Returns & Exchanges

1. Overview

This page explains how returns and exchanges work for MyZikrRing smart Zikr Rings. There are three situations we cover separately, because each has different conditions:

  • Returning an item you no longer want, for a refund
  • Exchanging an item for a different ring size
  • Exchanging an item that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect

2. Returning an Item

You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

How it works:

  1. Email service@equantu.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the instructions provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email and process your refund.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us, as this may delay processing.

3. Ring Size Exchanges

If your Zikr Ring doesn't fit, you're entitled to one size exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to size and stock availability.

How it works:

  1. Re-measure using our Ring Size Guide to confirm the correct size before requesting an exchange.
  2. Email service@equantu.com with your order number and the size you need.
  3. Our team will confirm stock availability for the new size and provide return instructions for your original ring.
  4. Once we receive your original item in unused condition, we will dispatch the replacement size.

Responsibility for return and re-shipment costs on size exchanges depends on your region and will be confirmed by our support team at the time of your request.

4. Exchanges for Defective Items

If your ring arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, this is handled separately from a standard return — you will not be charged for return shipping, and the item does not need to meet the "unused" condition described in Section 2.

How it works:

  1. Email service@equantu.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos or a short video showing the problem — this helps us resolve it faster.
  3. Our team may suggest basic troubleshooting steps first (for example, a charging or pairing check).
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items requested for return or exchange more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that are used, worn, or missing original packaging or accessories, unless the item is defective
  • A second size exchange on the same order, beyond the one exchange described in Section 3
  • Final sale or clearance items, where clearly marked as such at the time of purchase
